Data Recovery
Today, we use all kinds of storage media to hold our electronic files. No matter what type of storage format you are using, whether its a hard drive, external hard drive, cd, dvd, or even USB thumb drive, you are at risk of losing your information. You might say “I have a backup solution in place”, but they still may not be enough. In the event that you lose your data, we are ready to help you try and recover your data. We will work to recover all types of data, ranging from word documents, to music files and even movies that are on your computer.
We are able to provide basic data recovery here locally and have partnered with a nationally recognized company for extreme data recovery. We do not guarantee data recovery, as there are times when the device is just too damaged. We will work with you to the best of our abilities to recovery your data and will provide various options depending on your needs. If we are not able to recovery the data here locally, we will work with you and our nationally partner to find the best solution.
Even if your data is recovered, we may not be able to recover it all. This depends on what failed in the first place. We will work with you every step of the way during the recovery process. All recovered data will be provided back to you either on non-rewritable CD or DVD, depending on the amount of data. The use of non-rewritable CD or DVD’s allows us to give you a copy of the recovered data and on a media that can not be erased. We use archival grade media to provide a better retention of your recovered data.
No matter what anyone tells you, no one can guarantee 100% data recovery. The best option is to be proactive and have some type of backup solution, that is not local to your computer. Why, you ask? Well, check out our backup solutions page. Please feel free to contact us for more information on our data recovery options and solutions. We look forward to working with you in recovering your valuable data. Does not matter if you are a home user or business user, we will treat your data as it was our own.
